1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any of the applications and services developed by Info Labs (hereinafter, the "Applications"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Applications.

2. Description of Service

Info Labs is an innovation lab that develops productivity, assistance, and analytics tools powered by artificial intelligence. Our products are designed to optimize workflows, facilitate decision-making, and automate repetitive tasks in professional and personal environments.

Info Labs Applications are not substitutes for the judgment, expertise, or professional opinion of a licensed professional in areas such as medicine, law, finance, auditing, engineering, or any other discipline requiring specific professional qualifications.

3. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

Some Info Labs Applications function as a "wrapper" that connects to third-party artificial intelligence services (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, or local models like Ollama) using your own credentials (API Key).

• You are solely responsible for the management, security, and costs arising from the use of your API Key.
• You are solely responsible for complying with the Terms of Service, Usage Policies, and Privacy Policies of the AI providers you choose to use (OpenAI, Google, etc.).
• Info Labs does not store or have access to the API keys you enter into the Applications, except if you choose to save them locally on your device.

4. Prohibition of Automated Decisions and Professional Use

You acknowledge and agree that any results, summaries, analyses, drafts, and any other "Output" generated by Info Labs Applications:

• Must not be used as the sole source of truth or factual information.
• Must not be used to make decisions that could have a legal, financial, medical, employment, credit, educational, or any other material impact on a natural or legal person.
• It is strictly forbidden to use the Applications to diagnose diseases, prescribe treatments, issue binding legal opinions, perform definitive financial audits, evaluate candidates in selection processes, or grant/deny credit.

Obligations of Regulated Professionals

Professionals in healthcare, law, auditing, and other regulated disciplines who use Info Labs Applications commit to:

• Using Outputs solely as preliminary inputs or working drafts.
• Submitting such Outputs to thorough review, verification, and validation by a qualified professional before being used in a professional or legal context.
• Assuming full responsibility for actions or omissions based on the use of information provided by the Applications.

5. Ownership of Content (Input and Output)

You retain all ownership rights to the content you input into the Applications (Input) and to the responses generated by the AI (Output). Info Labs does not claim ownership of your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." INFO LABS MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Info Labs and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the Applications.
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Applications.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, based on reliance on the Outputs generated by the AI.

You assume all responsibility for your use of the results generated by Info Labs Applications.

8. Minimum Age

To use Info Labs Applications, you must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to the use of AI services) and, if you are under 18, you must have the express permission of your parent or legal guardian.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. The updated version will be effective upon its publication in the Applications. We recommend that you review this document periodically.
